By accessing Real News Today (realnewstoday.net), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

Content Access and Payments

Most content on Real News Today is free to read without an account. Premium articles require either a $0.99 micro-payment that unlocks 5 articles or an active SeekerPro membership at $15.99 per month for unlimited access. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Micro-payment article unlocks do not expire. SeekerPro memberships renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly.

Refund Policy

Micro-payment purchases ($0.99 for 5 articles) are non-refundable once article content has been accessed. For SeekerPro subscriptions, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription or any renewal if you have not accessed premium content during that billing period. Refund requests should be submitted through our contact page. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for more than 12 months.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Real News Today for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. Specifically, you may not use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access or collect content for republication or commercial use. You may not engage in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior in comments or other interactive features. You may not impersonate other users, staff, or any other person. You may not upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without notice.

User-Generated Content

When you post comments or other content on Real News Today, you retain ownership of that content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate it in connection with the platform. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these terms, contains spam or promotional material, or is otherwise inappropriate at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

All editorial content on Real News Today, including articles, investigations, guides, and reviews, is owned by Blossend unless otherwise noted. You may share articles via their URLs and quote brief excerpts with proper attribution, but you may not republish full articles, substantial portions of articles, or collections of content without prior written permission.
